All institutional holdings data displayed on HedgeTrace comes from publicly available SEC 13F filings. HedgeTrace aggregates, processes, and displays this data for informational purposes only. We are not the original source of this data — the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is.

HedgeTrace does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or endorsements of any kind. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Data Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, HedgeTrace makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, correctness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Important limitations include:

• SEC 13F filings are reported on a delay — up to 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
• Holdings data reflects a point in time and may not represent an institution's current positions.
• Data may contain errors originating from source filings or from our processing.
• 13F filings only cover certain equity positions and do not represent a fund's complete portfolio.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the Site without our written permission.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish HedgeTrace data at scale.
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

The underlying SEC filing data is in the public domain. Our intellectual property rights apply to the way we aggregate, present, and display that data — not to the raw data itself.

• We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from data delays, inaccuracies, or site downtime.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HedgeTrace and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
